Memories of days long gone.

This Post is inspired by the little green man, more personally known as Ting.

Thanks to Kevin finding this emerald jewel in (who would have thought) Boston, We sadly weren't bloggers then.
To help you understand the significance of this drink of the Island Gods, I'll need to do some clarifying:
In the glorious month of September 2008 we left for an internship for Del Sol in St. Maartin. A fabulous island in the Caribbean. We got to live there for four months and even though we worked full time, it was still paradise and the best thing I've ever done.

So since this summer in Boston has been nothing but windy cold rain, it's impossible not to reminisce on the summery days of last fall.

Things we miss:

Our Porch

The View from our Porch

The Sky Blue Water
The Beaches

The Private Beaches

Hunting for Food

Going out to eat food.
And I mean they had the best restaurants we've ever eaten at. They do call the French side of the island the Culinary capital of the Caribbean. Oh how I miss the food. (but not that haircut)

And the company that came with us to try the food:

DadRad and MaRad come to feast on ribs and chicken,
the most common dish of the Dutch side.

Staci and Tyler braving our favorite restaurant Fusion.

Candice and Kels gettin ready for our Thanksgiving feast at Cheri's.

Birthday Horse rides

Nearly constant Shirtless Kevin

Working with the Girls

Holidays with the girls
HALLOWEEN
The island doesn't really celebrate Halloween so I felt just a bit silly
walkin around in our costumes.

Christmas!

Needless to say, the girls loved Kevy.
They even invited us to their homes for Christmas dinner! Look at all that food!
Caribbean style with OxTail and real Rum Cake.

And of COURSE the Island ROMANCE

All I have to say is it's about F*CKING TIME!!! I've been furtively checking up on your old blog every couple of weeks or so for like, years. Just to see if MAYBE there's a chance you wrote something new. And now you've got a new one! Please tell me you'll post things. I really want you to post things. You inspire me to do better, and yes I'd love to let you read some of my terrible crap.
Love you!
